Shipping Policy
Effective from 1 May 2026.
1. Where we ship
Pan-India through our courier partners — Delhivery, Blue Dart, DHL, FedEx, DTDC, India Post and ShipRocket. International shipping is available on request — write to hello@gepx.in with your destination & quantity.
2. Production & shipping timeline

Working days = Monday to Saturday. Sundays and public holidays are excluded from production but courier may still deliver. The clock starts the day we receive your full payment + final design approval.
3. Shipping charges
- Free pan-India delivery on bulk orders > ₹5,000 to serviceable pincodes.
- For smaller orders or non-serviceable pincodes, charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination and courier — typically ₹40–₹120 / kg.
- Rush / event-grade dispatch via Blue Dart or DHL is available on request and quoted separately.
4. Tracking your shipment
You receive an SMS, WhatsApp and email with the AWB tracking number the moment your parcel leaves our floor. Live status is visible inside My Orders on this site, and on the courier partner's tracking portal.
5. Receiving your shipment
For bulk shipments above 100 pieces, we strongly recommend opening at least one carton on camera at the time of delivery. If even a single piece is damaged or short, raise a claim on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery — claim photos & unboxing footage are required. After 48 hours, claims are evaluated on a best-effort basis.
6. Non-deliverable pincodes
If your pincode is not serviceable by our default partners, our team contacts you with an alternate-courier quote within 24 hours of order placement. You can choose to proceed at the actual courier cost or receive a full refund.
7. International shipping
Available via DHL Express. Lead time: production-time + 5–8 working days for delivery. International orders attract destination customs & duties payable by you on receipt — these are not included in our invoice.
